The “In-Between”

We are living in what I coin the “in-between” - the time between your birth date and death date. Live so that your character is impeccable to a point where if anyone speaks falsely and maliciously against you then those who know your true character and heart will defend you. Ultimately, the Eternal Judge will see truth in the testimony of your character and shall make amends for such in His way, not your way.

No matter the time of year, your schedule, or any other area of our lives humans "deem" as a matter of time consumption (a.k.a. "busyness), make the time you have on Earth count fully; make it count. Each new day comes with its own set of challenges. Some challenges are easier than others, but whatever the day’s challenges may be, allow them to transform you.

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" is the Golden Rule so think of the amazing possibility that you are the great change someone may need to see and have in their life. Make no excuses for not pouring encouragement into the lives of others, and as you build your character and your integrity more, LOVE people.

Love people as if your very existence depended on it. Don't pick and choose who you think are worth loving for ALL are worth loving! There is good and the chance of redemption even in the most wretched of humans. We must be careful for we are only one hardship away from being that "wretched" person ourselves; let's not be so quick to condemn. We may not like what everyone does, but we must LOVE people,we must PRAY for each other, and we must HELP others, including ourselves. Love would make our homes, our communities, and our nations better for it would be contagious if we set aside pettiness to simply offer a loving word to a hurting person.

Help others. Do whatever you can to NOT make it about you. Show compassion and empathy and just a genuine need to reach out-for you never know when it will be the last day for you or for those with whom you are in contact. Don't waste the “in-between” - the time between your birth date and death date. Don't waste the in-between.
